ACS24 REPLAY
Australia’s premier Cabernet Sauvignon producing regions, Coonawarra and Margaret River, joined forces to host the 2024 Australian Cabernet Symposium (ACS) on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 February, 2024.
Focusing on the theme Supporting Cabernet Sauvignon into the Future, the ACS saw over 150 delegates attend events held in Coonawarra (South Australia) and Margaret River (Western Australia), with presentations and masterclasses simulcast live to and from both venues
The 2024 Australian Cabernet Symposium showcased a stellar line-up of Australian and international experts who are all passionate about the world of Cabernet Sauvignon.
With experts hailing from France, Hawke’s Bay, the Napa Valley, Scotland, Adelaide, Coonawarra and Margaret River, the 2024 ACS provided a platform for speakers to share their insights in Cabernet in the fields of research, viticulture and winemaking.
