Wines of Western Australia

Fine Wine Regions of W.A.

Western Australia is home to nine vast and extraordinary wine regions, each crafting wines with worldwide appeal. The land is ancient and pristine, with breathtaking features that are truly diverse. From the coastal beauty of Margaret River and its iconic wine estates, to the historic Swan Valley, the isolated and rugged Great Southern, and the majestic tall timbers of the Southern Forests – there is so much to explore and experience across each region.

Travelling in WA often feels like you are the first to discover uncharted territory, which is the beauty of exploring these secluded and remote regions. So start planning and be ready to have your senses blown as you uncover our wine and food paradise.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians throughout the South West of Western Australia / Noongar Boodjar and their continuing connection to the land, waters and communities. We pay our respects to all members of the Whadjuk, Pinjarup, Wilman, Wardandi, Pibelman, Kaneang, Minang, Koreng Aboriginal communities and their cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.
